Note

Once we receive your customization form, we will connect with you within 48 hours to confirm the initial design direction. This may include Feng shui calculation, crystal selection, composition suggestions, and style refinement based on your preferences and intentions.

Upon your approval, a deposit — typically 50% of your intended budget — will be requested to proceed with tailored adjustments and artisanal production.

Production time usually takes 5–7 business days, followed by worldwide shipping (approx. 1 week).

Customization Process

1. DM with your informtion

Complete the questions on the Customization page and submit your answers via the “Submit” button or share a screenshot with us on Instagram. 

2. Confirm the basic jewelry details

We’ll guide you to determine your wrist size, preferred bead size, and bracelet style (elastic, adjustable metal chain, or classic fixed metal chain).

3. Choose your main stone

Select your main crystal from our curated collection of 3–5 energetically matched stones. Each one is chosen for its alignment with your personal intention.

4. Confirm jewelry detail preferences

Adjust the design according to your requirements. (Eg: replacing different accessories).

5. Deposit and Production

A 50% deposit confirms your custom design slot. Once received, we begin handcrafting your bracelet within 3–7 days.

6. About delivery

Your bracelet is prepared for shipment with care and intention, typically within 3–7 days.
